بیانیه اعضای هیات علمی دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه آزاد اصفهان در واکنش حمله به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی کشور

به گزارش خبرگزاری آگاه، اعضای هیات علمی دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد اصفهان در واکنش حمله به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی کشور بیانیه‌ای به شرح زیر صادر کرده‌اند:

به عنوان اعضای هیات علمی رشته‌های پرستاری، مامایی، تکنسین اتاق عمل و فوریت‌های پیش بیمارستانی در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان اصفهان، نگرانی عمیق خود در مورد آسیب‌های گزارش شده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی مختلف سراسر کشور عزیزمان ایران، همانند بیمارستان روانپزشکی دلارام سینا، ۸ کارخانه داروسازی، مجموعه دارویی توفیق دارو (مرکز تولید دارو‌های سرطانی و‌ام اس)، انستیتو پاستور، بیمارستان امام علی اندیمشک و ... را ابراز می‌داریم.

مراکز درمانی، بنا بر اصول پذیرفته‌شده حقوق بین‌الملل بشردوستانه، از جایگاهی ویژه و مصونیت مشخص برخوردارند و هرگونه تعرض به آنها، نقض صریح قواعد ناظر بر حمایت از غیرنظامیان و زیرساخت‌های حیاتی تلقی می‌شود. حمله به این مراکز، افزون بر تهدید مستقیم جان بیماران، مجروحان، کادر درمان و نیرو‌های امدادی، به تضعیف بنیان‌های حداقلی نظم انسانی در شرایط مخاصمه می‌انجامد.

از این‌رو، ما بر این باوریم که حفظ و صیانت از مراکز درمانی، نه‌تنها یک الزام حقوقی، بلکه یک تعهد اخلاقی و انسانی غیرقابل اغماض است. هیچ ملاحظه نظامی یا سیاسی نمی‌تواند توجیه‌گر نقض حرمت بیمارستان‌ها و مراکز درمانی باشد.

ما از تمامی نهاد‌های مسئول و سازمان‌های بین‌المللی ذی‌ربط می‌خواهیم که با اتخاذ تدابیر فوری و مؤثر، از تکرار چنین اقدامات مغایر با اصول انسانی جلوگیری کرده و امنیت کامل بیماران، کارکنان درمانی و امدادگران را تضمین کنند.

امید است با پایبندی به موازین حقوق بین‌الملل، اصول اخلاق پزشکی، و مسئولیت‌های انسانی مشترک، شاهد توقف خشونت و بازگشت احترام به کرامت انسانی باشیم.

Faculty members of the School of Nursing and Midwifery at the Islamic Azad University, Isfahan Branch, have issued the following statement in response to the attacks on the Iran's healthcare centers:

As faculty members in the fields of Nursing, Midwifery, Operating Room Technician, and Pre-hospital Emergency at the Islamic Azad University of Isfahan Province, we express our deep concern regarding the reported damage to various healthcare centers across our beloved country, Iran, including the Delaram Sina Psychiatric Hospital, eight pharmaceutical factories, the Tofigh Daru Pharmaceutical Group (a production center for cancer and MS medications) , the Pasteur Institute, Imam Ali Hospital in Andimeshk, among others.

Based on the established principles of International Humanitarian Law, medical centers hold a special status and specific immunity. Any aggression against them is considered an explicit violation of the rules governing the protection of civilians and critical infrastructure. Beyond directly threatening the lives of patients, the wounded, medical staff, and relief workers, attacks on these centers undermine the minimum foundations of human order in conflict situations.

Therefore, we believe that preserving and protecting medical centers is not only a legal obligation but also an indispensable moral and human commitment. No military or political consideration can justify violating the sanctity of hospitals and healthcare facilities.

We call upon all responsible authorities and relevant international organizations to take immediate and effective measures to prevent the recurrence of such actions, which contravene human principles, and to guarantee the full safety of patients, healthcare workers, and emergency responders.

It is hoped that through adherence to the standards of international law, the principles of medical ethics, and shared human responsibilities, we will witness an end to violence and the restoration of respect for human dignity.
